近日，北京大學(xué)心理與認(rèn)知科學(xué)學(xué)院周廣玉研究員課題組在SCI期刊AIDS and Behavior（中科院二區(qū)）上發(fā)表了一篇題為“Efficacy of an Online Self-compassion Group Intervention for Sexual Minority Men Living with HIV: A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial”的研究論文。該研究通過一項試點隨機(jī)對照試驗，關(guān)注了自我關(guān)懷干預(yù)對感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）的性少數(shù)男性的生活質(zhì)量和服藥依從性的潛在影響。
研究團(tuán)隊基于“正念自我關(guān)懷”（Mindful Self-Compassion, MSC）項目，開發(fā)了為期六周的在線團(tuán)體干預(yù)方案，重點融入HIV相關(guān)議題（如性少數(shù)身份與HIV感染的雙重污名化問題）。研究招募了28名HIV陽性的性少數(shù)男性，隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組與等待對照組，進(jìn)行了基線、干預(yù)中、干預(yù)后及1個月隨訪的多階段評估。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，干預(yù)后，干預(yù)組在生活質(zhì)量（尤其是健康狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變、總體生活質(zhì)量維度）和藥物依從性上顯著優(yōu)于對照組（見下圖）。

研究初步驗證了課題組開發(fā)的自我關(guān)懷干預(yù)在HIV性少數(shù)感染者這一特殊群體中的有效性，并且支持線上團(tuán)體形式的可行性（78.6%全程參與率）與接受度（參與者反饋“感恩”“啟發(fā)”等關(guān)鍵詞），為未來推廣遠(yuǎn)程心理健康服務(wù)提供了實踐依據(jù)。
課題組博士研究生李忻奕為論文第一作者，周廣玉研究員為通訊作者。文章二、三作者分別為課題組已畢業(yè)碩士生劉瓊與楊裔慧。在被試招募和項目推進(jìn)期間，AIDS Healthcare Foundation 王中清提供了大量幫助。該研究由國家社會科學(xué)基金項目《抗逆力視角下傳染病患者的心理健康及干預(yù)研究》（批準(zhǔn)號21BSH158）資助完成。該國社科項目以艾滋病感染者和乙肝病毒攜帶者為研究對象，旨在開發(fā)促進(jìn)患者心理健康的干預(yù)方案。目前，依托該項目，周廣玉課題組已發(fā)表了6篇SSCI/SCI期刊收錄論文。
