林沐雨研究員畢業(yè)于北京大學，2010年獲得心理學學士學位及哲學雙學士學位，2015年獲得心理學博士學位（臨床心理學方向）。2013年至2014年，曾于美國波士頓大學Stefan Hofmann課題組任訪問學者。2015年獲得德國亞歷山大·馮·洪堡基金會博士后獎學金，2015年至2019年在德國波鴻魯爾大學臨床心理學與心理治療系、Jürgen Margraf課題組開展博士后研究。2019年至2023年任職于德國柏林洪堡大學、柏林心腦研究院臨床心理學與社會認知系，在Isabel Dziobek課題組任助理研究員。2024年至2025年，任柏林洪堡大學兒童與青少年臨床心理學與心理治療系教授。2025年6月，入職北京大學心理與認知科學學院。

林沐雨研究員是中國心理學會會員，中國臨床與咨詢心理學專業(yè)機構(gòu)和專業(yè)人員注冊系統(tǒng)注冊心理師（2017年起）及注冊督導師（2025年起），同時是國際孤獨癥研究協(xié)會（International Society for Autism Research，INSAR）會員及德國孤獨癥研究協(xié)會（Autismus-Forschungs-Kooperation，AFK）會員。

林沐雨研究員的研究重點是多模態(tài)探索社交困難與社交障礙的機制及其干預路徑，研究內(nèi)容涵蓋情緒問題（如社交焦慮）、社會認知障礙（如孤獨癥譜系）與人際創(chuàng)傷（如欺凌經(jīng)歷）等。同時，也關(guān)注積極心理學、跨文化心理學因素以及循證干預的實踐科學。

科學研究應以誠信為本。臨床心理學的研究旨在理解人的差異與痛苦，發(fā)展并評估有效的干預方案。我們歡迎關(guān)心不同群體、致力于高質(zhì)量科學研究的青年學者加入實驗室。林沐雨研究員的課題組將于2026年起正式運行，歡迎博士研究生、碩士研究生、本科生及實習生加入。鼓勵具備交叉學科背景（如計算機科學、生命科學、醫(yī)學、社會學等）的同學申請，直博生建議于申請當年5月前聯(lián)系林沐雨研究員。

每個人的獨特性既帶來優(yōu)勢，也可能帶來挑戰(zhàn)。人際互動是日常生活的重要組成部分，良好的社交體驗有助于建立自信，而持續(xù)的社交困難則可能嚴重影響個體的生活質(zhì)量、心理健康以及社會功能。

社交困難的成因復雜多樣，涉及多個層面的心理與社會因素，包括：情緒問題（如社交焦慮、抑郁情緒）、社會認知功能的差異（如孤獨癥譜系特征）、負性經(jīng)歷（如欺凌與人際創(chuàng)傷）、以及家庭與文化背景（如成長環(huán)境、性別角色、文化認同）等。

本團隊采用多模態(tài)方法，結(jié)合質(zhì)性研究、問卷調(diào)查、行為實驗、生理測量、腦成像技術(shù)與人工智能分析等手段，系統(tǒng)探索不同群體社交困難背后的心理機制。同時，圍繞特定人群的心理健康需求，致力于開發(fā)更為精準、高效的干預策略與實踐路徑。
